Job summary

A leading analytics firm in Norwich is seeking a Data Analyst to develop and present Power BI reports for senior leadership. The role requires strong proficiency in Power BI and experience analyzing Contact Center data. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. This is a contract role for 3 months with an immediate start.

• Develop, maintain and present a suite of Power BI reports for senior leadership and board-level reporting.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Norwich (occasional travel)

IR35 Status: Outside (TBC)

Rate: £350-400pd

Our client is supported by a busy Contact Center operation, and the business is looking to backfill a key analytics role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a suite of reports focused on Contact Center data, primarily sourced from Genesys.
