Job summary

Veezu is seeking a Data Analyst to deliver data solutions and drive KPIs by analyzing, transforming, and validating complex datasets. You will report to the VP of Performance and Data Science, translating data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

The role involves defining reporting requirements, building dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting data-driven decisions across the business in a hybrid setup with occasional travel to HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Proven SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Ability to translate reporting requirements into practical outputs.
• Familiarity with data governance and reporting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Define reporting requirements with stakeholders and develop practical dashboards and outputs.
• Take ownership of and maintain key reporting infrastructure around KPIs for senior stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc reports by collecting, analysing, and reporting requested data.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by validating reporting data and investigating discrepancies.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.
• Maintain ISO27001 certification and uphold information security standards.

Reporting into the VP of Performance and Data Science, your role will involve analysing, transforming, and validating complex datasets to drive operational KPIs.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.

Where you’ll be:

• This role is hybrid, with your base being your home address. However, it is expected that you could work from our Cardiff HQ and other locations as necessary for a minimum of 1 day per month
