Job description

Entry Level Data Analyst
Turn Data Into Opportunity

Are you naturally curious? Love solving puzzles, working with data, and uncovering information others might miss?

We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within a specialist industry, combining data analysis, research, property, and finance.

You don’t need previous experience in business rates or commercial property. What matters most is your ability to think critically, spot patterns, ask questions, and learn quickly. We’ll provide the training and support to help you become an expert.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You’ll be:

  • Investigating businesses and commercial properties
  • Analysing data to uncover hidden opportunities
  • Using industry-leading databases and the Valuation Office Agency to support your research
  • Making informed decisions based on detailed analysis
  • Producing clear, concise reports that help drive business success
  • Developing specialist knowledge within the property and business rates sector
  • Working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment
Who We’re Looking For

This could be perfect for you if you:

  • Enjoy working with data, numbers and problem-solving
  • Have strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Are highly organised and detail-focused
  • Can confidently make decisions based on evidence
  • Love researching and investigating information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing
  • Are interested in property, finance, analytics or auditing
  • Are eager to learn and build a long-term career

Previous experience with data analysis, business rates or commercial property is beneficial, but by no means essential. We’re just as interested in potential as experience.

What’s In It For You?
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Clear career progression opportunities
  • Hybrid working (3 days in our Cirencester office)
  • 28 days holiday
  • Company pension
  • Free parking
  • Casual dress
  • Supportive team culture
  • Exposure to a unique and growing sector where your expertise will be valued
Why Join Us?

This isn’t just another office role. It’s an opportunity to develop specialist skills, work with fascinating data, and make a genuine impact from day one. If you’re looking for a career where your analytical mindset can thrive and your development is genuinely invested in, we’d love to hear from you.
