A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Data Analyst in Poole, UK. This role involves analyzing data structures, designing data architecture, and building reports. Salary: to £50k DOE + annual discretionary bonus c 10% of annual salary
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri Office based (some hybrid after probation)

Now looking for an experienced, highly analytical and detail focused Data Analyst to help them work out what the data is currently doing for the business and helping set up and analyse new processes to make that more accessible.
In this role, you will harness data from across the organisation to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, enhance risk management, and improve operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will play a key role in shaping the future data architecture of the business.
This includes ensuring that their technical platforms, data models, and analytical capabilities are aligned with both current needs and the long-term vision of becoming a truly data driven organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders across all operational levels and departments, identifying opportunities to maximise the value of data.
Additionally, you will provide guidance on the effective use of business analytics platforms, promote the adoption of corporate data models, and support the principles of data ownership and governance.
