A leading property services provider in the UK is seeking a Data Analyst to analyse thermal images and support property refurbishment decisions. You'll work remotely but must be within commutable distance to Dundee for meetings. The ideal candidate should possess strong data analytics skills and the ability to generate actionable reports. IRT Surveys have been surveying the built environment with infrared cameras for 21 years with more than 560 customers and assessed over 350000 buildings using infrared thermography and precise energy software. We offer informed impartial advice and cover the whole of the UK.
Mears has made excellent progress in meeting the carbon reduction and sustainability agenda as a business. Mears supports our network of social housing clients with the full end to end process of domestic retrofit from stock modelling scheme definition design securing available external funding to delivery and outcome measurement. Mears is currently working on client and public funded schemes to retrofit over 3000 homes and has aspirations to be the lead in social housing domestic retrofit by 2025.
You will be responsible for analysing thermal images and visual images and identifying potential issues in various systems and components. The Thermal Image Analyst will work closely with other members of the team to provide accurate and reliable data to support decision-making and property refurbishment activities.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
