Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming and consolidating retail data from various sources, specifically Sell Out data from multiple retailers. You will be responsible for developing dashboards and data-driven insights to support strategic decision‑making across different business areas.

This position is suitable for candidates who bring between 1 and 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role, responsible for managing dashboards, reporting, ETL and data quality checking.

Key Responsibilities as a Data Analyst at Groupe SEB
  • Design and Develop Dashboards: Lead the development of insightful, actionable dashboards using Qlik, ensuring they meet the business requirements and provide an easy-to-understand view of key retail performance indicators.
  • Data Consolidation: Consolidate data from various business areas to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a holistic view of overall performance, providing comprehensive reports to business stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Business Teams: Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to understand their needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide custom data visualisations that help guide decision‑making.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Automation: Take ownership of data quality by implementing robust controls and automation processes to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
  • Be the point of contact with central teams for new tools, embark key users, and support the adoption of tools more generally through training.
Qualifications and Skills required as a Data Analyst at Groupe SEB
  • You must have junior‑level experience as a Data Analyst, with between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You must have proven experience with data visualisation tools, such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Experience or knowledge of SQL will be advantageous.
  • You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • You will understand the commitment required from your role and the influence it has on the success of the organisation and its objectives.
  • You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
  • Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions. You will be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.
  • You are results‑driven and motivated by your objectives. You will go the extra mile to ensure internal alignment and success.
  • You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.
  • You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
  • You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem‑solving whilst working cross‑functionally.
Overview on package – Data Analyst – Groupe SEB
  • Working Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross‑collaboration.
