Overview

Due to continuous business growth, we are expanding our Global Biostatistics team and looking for an experienced Statistical Analyst to join our UK team in London, Stirling or home‑based. This role is responsible for leading the biostatistics activities for multiple complex trials and projects.

Job Details
  • Location: London, Stirling, or home‑based (UK)
  • Type: Hybrid Working
  • Program: Pfizer UK Undergraduate Programme 2026/2027 (Optimization, Analytics & Recruitment Solutions)
  • Start: 1st September 2026
  • Application closing: 4th January 2026
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support biostatistics activities across multiple complex projects.
  • Assist in development of recruitment strategies and design of creative engagement content for clinical trial sites and participants.
  • Use data to support early decisions and inform country and site selection, as well as recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver analytics and insights for optimized R&D performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Clinical Development, Project Management, Sourcing, and Compliance Management.
  • Participate in training tools and educational sessions.
  • Engage in voluntary STEM events and science outreach.
Qualifications
  • Completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK University, either through Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year.
  • On target for a good Degree Classification.
  • Self‑motivated with ability to work freely.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail‑focused, solution‑oriented, and good problem‑solving abilities.
  • High IT literacy (experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
