You'll be highly motivated, comfortable challenging conventional thinking, and always looking to introduce smarter ways of working. You'll also define business needs, develop technical requirements, and offer solutions using data-driven insights. You'll share our values of being accountable, open, fair-minded and supportive too.

You will have a proven understanding of enterprise applications and business processes, and data management best practices. Beyond this, you'll have experience in data mapping, modelling and structuring, and skills in cloud-based ETL/ELT technologies, data warehousing, data modelling and ETL tools, Power BI. You should also be confident in communicating with stakeholders and working with them to understand the impact of and influence future organisational requirements.

Our mission is to protect society by securing safe nuclear operations. Our staff are drawn from a wide range of professional backgrounds with specialist inspectors to deliver our core business including civil engineering, radiological protection, human factors, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and nuclear physics. And together they're involved in everything from assessing safety cases, inspecting nuclear sites, communicating our decisions, training new recruits and representing the UK and ONR within the wider international nuclear community.

£35,191 - £41,218 (in addition a market rate allowance may be available plus £4,052 London Weighting allowance if it applies), You can look forward to a substantial Civil Service Pension scheme (including ill-health retirement and lump sum family benefits).
