About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and help transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our business.

What you will be doing
  • Extracting, transforming and presenting data from our data lake and marts to support business performance
  • Creating visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Monitoring data quality and identifying anomalies across business units
  • Supporting regular reporting cycles including daily, weekly and monthly outputs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights
Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in wholesale broker management or account development, ideally within the London Market. You will be confident working independently and managing your own diary while meeting agreed KPIs.

  • Background in broker account management or business development.
  • Strong understanding of London Market wholesale accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (with SRG support).
