Overview

As a Consultant within our Data & Enterprise Architecture you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data, engaging with business subject matter experts and project teams to support the clients HR & Finance transformation programmes. This role involves working with large datasets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. You must be comfortable working with Excel and other data tools.

Responsibilities
  • Gather data from multiple sources, such as internal databases, external APIs, and third‑party tools.
  • Clean, validate, and transform raw data into usable formats.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Conduct deep dives into specific business problems to provide recommendations based on data insights and solutions.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using tools like Power BI or Excel.
  • Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Technology, HR and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Work Model & Location

We operate a hybrid working model, typically combining office and remote work, but remain flexible to suit individual and role needs. Our teams are based across the UK, and we welcome applications from talented individuals regardless of location, provided they can attend in‑person meetings when needed. Some roles may also require occasional travel to client sites, and we support our people to make these arrangements smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a data role.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal; able to describe complex technical problems to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Programming skills in Python, R, or other analytical tools (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning algorithms (nice to have).
