Job summary

Jefferson Frank is recruiting a Data & AI Project Manager for a major organisation delivering an Agentic AI programme in partnership with a specialist AI provider. London hybrid role (3 days onsite).

You will drive delivery in a fast-moving environment, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure strong governance and outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data/AI PM, Agile delivery, and experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in data and AI project management.
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Agile PM, hybrid methodologies).
• Experience managing third-party vendors and delivery partners.
• Proven risk, issue and dependency management.
• Experience with executive stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience with bids, tenders, RFPs, pricing, or business development is desirable.
• Background in construction, utilities, infrastructure or energy sectors is advantageous.

Daily rate - £600 (Inside IR35)

I'm working on an opportunity for a Data & AI Project Manager to join a major organisation delivering an Agentic AI programme in partnership with a specialist third-party AI provider.

The role requires someone who can drive delivery in a fast-moving environment, manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity while ensuring strong governance and project outcomes.

Key experience we're looking for:

• 5+ years experience in Data, AI project management
• Agile delivery (Scrum, Agile PM, hybrid methodologies)
• Managing third-party vendors and delivery partners
• Risk, issue and dependency management
• Executive stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project delivery tools
• Exposure to AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation projects
• Understanding of bids, tenders, RFPs, pricing, or business development processes (desirable)
• Construction, utilities, infrastructure, or energy sector experience (advantageous)
