This role offers ownership of a high value market, shaping client strategy and building long-term partnerships, with a focus on delivering complex recruitment engagements and establishing oneself as a recognised expert.

The position is hybrid (two days in the office, three from home) with an uncapped commission structure and a clear progression pathway across a global delivery platform.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a specialist or niche market and ability to drive market growth.
• Exposure to the Contract Market and understanding of interim/permanent talent dimensions.
• Strong commercial and strategic capability for senior stakeholder conversations.
• Credible and confident with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
