Job summary

Premium Linguistic Services is seeking Dari interpreters in Glasgow to provide daily interpreting assignments. The role entails face-to-face interpretation, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between service users and providers.

Self-employment is supported with flexible hours and autonomy. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Dari with interpreting experience and strong timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dari; interpreting experience preferred.
• Face-to-face interpreting experience or qualification preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong timekeeping and professional liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dari-English interpretation between service users and providers.
• Carry out face-to-face interpreting assignments in Glasgow.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate record-keeping for each assignment.
• Coordinate with clients and the agency for bookings and schedules.
