Job summary

A public sector organization based in Southwest England is looking for a Surveying Project Manager to deliver high-quality building surveying and project management services focused on Damp and Mould projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technical building projects and a thorough understanding of Health & Safety regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £47,793 per annum along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering/managing multiple technical building projects.
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practice, including CDM.
• Knowledge of HHSRS risks and relevant legislation/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of larger Damp and Mould cases, HHSRS cases, and complex projects from inception to completion.
• Surveying and identifying building defects through correct building pathology and testing.
• Completing detailed reports and specifications, including to support Section 20 notices and Damp and Mould/disrepair claims.
