Qualifications

• Proven experience in damp and mould remediation or building maintenance.
• Background in painting and decorating, plastering or general property repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence required (vehicle provided).
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct damp and mould inspections in tenanted properties.
• Diagnose and treat damp, mould, and condensation issues.
• Carry out minor repairs including plastering, painting, and sealing.
• Apply anti-mould treatments and redecoration works.
• Liaise professionally with tenants and housing officers.
• Keep accurate records of works carried out.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
