Damp & Mould Technician – Sidcup

£180 - £200 per day + Overtime + Long Term Contract + IMMEDIATE START

Working across social housing properties, you'll be responsible for identifying, treating, and preventing damp and mould issues to ensure tenants' homes remain safe and compliant. Responsibilities

• Inspecting social housing properties to diagnose causes of damp and mould
• Treating affected areas and carrying out remedial works to prevent reoccurrence
• Completing reports, photos, and recommendations for follow-up action
• Working independently across London, Surrey, and Kent

Qualifications

• Experience in damp and mould treatment, property maintenance, or building repair
• Strong understanding of moisture control, ventilation, and remedial techniques
• Ability to diagnose root causes and communicate clearly with tenants and clients
• Full UK driving licence and own tools/van
