A well-respected construction and maintenance contractor is seeking a Damp & Mould / Painter Operative for a permanent role. You will perform damp and mould remediation and prepare and paint surfaces in various settings. The ideal candidate has an NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating and a full UK Manual Driving Licence. Competitive salary of £32,000 to £34,000 per annum along with benefits including a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in damp and mould treatment is essential.

• Work in both occupied and void properties.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care.
