Bdht / Bromsgrove District Housing Trust is seeking a Damp and Mould Multiskilled Operative to join the Repairs Team in Bromsgrove. You will deliver damp and mould treatments and carry out multi-trade repairs to high standards, while providing empathetic customer support in homes.

The role requires a base trade in Plumbing or Carpentry, with knowledge of damp/mould and a valid clean driving licence. DBS check at Basic level applies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson in plumbing or carpentry.
Demonstrable ability to manage damp and mould issues.
Customer-focused and able to work in customers' homes.
Clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Carry out damp and mould treatments as part of repairs work.
Perform multi-trade repairs to a high standard.
Identify emergencies on site and escalate as needed.
Communicate actions with schedulers and complete repairs to prevent recurrence.
