Labourers / Painters

Damp & Mould Team – 6 month fixed term contract – Leicester

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.

Our client is looking for experienced labourers / painters to join their Damp & Mould Team on social housing contracts in the Leicester area.

This role pays £31,000 per annum pro rata and is a 6‑month contract. £15,500 is paid during the contract and the role comes with a van and a fuel card.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Completing responsive repairs and maintenance as per specification, working in a timely and productive manner.
• Advising the Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required.
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects.
• Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems and electronic devices.
• Providing excellent customer service to client representatives.
• Complying with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times.
• Operating within the company’s occupational road risk policies and procedures.

• A valid driving licence with 6 or fewer points.
