A role has come up with a Local Authority as Building Surveyors based in South London for a 6‑month contract.

Pay rate: £27.79/hour – umbrella

Closing date: 15/10/2023

Main Objective

damp & mould surveyor required, inspection of properties, managing works

Responsibilities

• Surveyor (damp and mould)
• Inspector to undertake damp and mould surveys
• Raising orders via northgate housing
• Overseeing works where required
• Extensive experience of HNC level
