Qualifications

Job Overview

We are looking for a Damp and Mould Technician to conduct property inspections for damp and mould, identify risks and causes, and carry out remedial actions supporting various teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.

What you'll be doing
  • Carry out inspections of homes to identify the risk and causes of damp or mould.
  • Undertake mould washing where required to remove the risk of damp.
  • Using appropriate technology capture property information and identify follow‑on works to be delivered by others.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the Planning and Logistics team to efficiently book or procure materials, plant stock, tools and equipment required, ensuring timely delivery or collection as appropriate as well as safe custodianship of all items.
  • Provide excellent service to CHP's customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction using your knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and services provided by CHP to give appropriate advice to customers specifically about the cause of damp and mould.
What we are looking for
