Damp and Mould Technical Support Officer

Based in East London

£23.50 per hour

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

To deliver a proactive and resident‑centred support service including both internal and external stakeholders within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, assessment, and resolution of damp and mould issues within the housing portfolio.
• Support responsive repairs and efficient management of the responsive damp & mould inbox queries.
• Coordinate team schedules and serve as primary contact to support the efforts of the Damp & Mould team during site visits.
• Provide crucial office‑based support to enhance the operational efficiency of the Repairs Partnering team.
• Collaborate closely with surveyors, requiring effective communication and coordination.

The role is primarily office‑based.
