Thrive Homes are looking for dedicated Damp and Mould Operatives to join our Property Services team. This role is vital to ensuring our properties are well maintained and our tenants live in healthy environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work relating to damp and mould in occupied and vacant properties.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Support the delivery of a competitive cost‑effective repairs service across various types of works including day‑to‑day maintenance, void refurbishments, cyclical and servicing work.
- Meet performance targets by completing tasks on time and to the required quality standard.
- Take responsibility for your own health and safety and ensure the safety of colleagues and residents.
- Complete minor maintenance tasks including first‑line plumbing, carpentry and plastering where required.
- Perform duties in a semi‑skilled labouring role, adapting to a variety of work demands.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties or projects as required by management.
What we're looking for
- Experience in building maintenance, particularly in addressing damp and mould issues.
- Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry and plastering.
- A proactive safety‑first approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Full driving licence for use in the UK.
Requirements
