My client is seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Multi Trader to join the team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residential properties. The successful candidate will specialise in diagnosing and treating damp and mould issues, while also carrying out associated multi-trade works to ensure homes are safe, habitable, and compliant with health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to identify damp and mould problems and determine appropriate remedial actions.
• Carry out repairs including:
  • Damp proofing and mould treatment.
  • Plastering, painting, and decorating following treatment.
  • Basic carpentry and joinery repairs.
  • Minor plumbing and tiling tasks as required.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping residents informed throughout the process.
• Complete job reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in damp and mould treatment and multi-trade repairs.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
