Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Glasgow is recruiting Production Operatives to join the Glasgow Dairy chill department. You will operate manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products and work within a supportive team.

This full-time permanent role offers a starting salary of £34,239.81 with overtime premiums and a rotating 4on4off shift (2 days, 2 nights, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am). We value initiative, strong teamwork, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Previous manual packing experience preferred.
• Capability & accountability.
• Flexible approach to changing daily production plans.
• Effective team worker with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and processes to deliver required product output.
• Quality control inspection to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene standards per site procedures.
• System upkeep and related duties.
• Cleaning activities.
• Materials replenishment as required.
• First line maintenance checks.
