Qualifications

• Experience in dairy farm management or supervision of staff on a dairy unit.
• Strong understanding of grass-based dairy systems and pasture management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive farm performance.

Responsibilities

• Organise day-to-day operations on the farm including staff, livestock and grassland management.
• Maintain high animal welfare standards and contribute to milk production targets.
• Develop and implement training and career progression for team members.
