MA Healthcare Ltd now seeks a reliable assistant to join a 350-cow dairy herd in a recognised tight autumn block calving, forage-based system. The role is contract-based with a clear progression path in a family-owned farming operation.

You will support day-to-day routines, assist with herd management, and contribute to youngstock care, with facilities including cubicle housing, self-feed silage, and a 16:32 parlour. An attractive three-bedroom cottage on farm grounds is part of the package.

Qualifications

• Solid dairy background with practical herd management skills.
• Willingness to progress in a growing family-run dairy operation.
• Experience with routine dairy farm tasks and health checks.

Responsibilities
