What you’ll be doing

• Offering expert advice to clients, based on nutritional, technical and business issues, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the service offered.
• Work with famers to maximise potential of their business, focusing on profit per cow and return on investment. Identify new business growth.
• Maintain and grown client portfolio, building long term valuable relationships.

• Proven ability to oversee the successful delivery of consulting projects
• Strong understanding of UK Dairy farming and market trends.
• Ability to create sales opportunities for Kite and develop high value consultancy
• Good understanding of the financial structure of a farming business and management to include accounts and budgeting.
• Extensive experience in dairy consulting or a related field, with experience in a leadership role.

Location

We are looking for consultants to consult in the North, South and West Midlands - where the cows are! You can be based anywhere in the UK but must be willing to travel.
