Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is offering a 13‑month Agriculture Intern placement in Market Drayton (Hybrid), starting July 2027. You will join the Agriculture team to gain hands‑on experience across the dairy supply chain, supplier networks, farmer engagement, and sustainability initiatives.

The role runs 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, and is ideal for university students studying Agriculture or a related discipline who are on track for a 2:1 or above.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Agriculture or related field.
• On track to achieve a 2:1 for entry.
• Interest in dairy farming and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Understand Müller's milk supply network while supporting supplier relationships.
• Deliver farmer engagement activities, including communications, events and on-farm initiatives.
• Generate insights from farm and supply chain data to support decision‑making and reporting.
• Support delivery of agriculture, sustainability and customer programmes across the dairy supply chain.
• Monitor and report sustainability metrics and progress against commitments.
• Contribute to supplier programmes focused on animal welfare and environmental management.
• Collaborate with Agriculture, Sustainability and Commercial teams to create value.
