Job summary

Remedy Education in Brentwood is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary & early years, with flexible hours and weekly pay.

You’ll cover classrooms, assist teachers, support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, and help maintain calm, structure and positive learning environments across Brentwood and Essex.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
