Term time: 1:00pm–7:00pm.
School holidays: 8:00am–7:00pm.

Job Overview:

Daily nanny for two school‑age children aged 10 and 8 years. The family’s younger children (6 and 3.5) are cared for by another nanny; you will focus on the older two while coordinating smoothly as a team. The role suits a highly organised, energetic candidate who can manage after‑school routines in term time and full days in the holidays. Some travel is required during school holidays. No pets.

Responsibilities:
  • School runs, after‑school routine, and activity logistics.
  • Homework supervision and study support.
  • Plan and lead active, age‑appropriate activities and outings.
  • Daily scheduling and updates using Google Calendar.
  • Proactive communication via WhatsApp with parents and team.
  • Order supplies as needed (e.g. Amazon) and track deliveries.
  • Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children.
  • Pack school bags, sports kits, and organise uniforms.
  • Travel with the family in school holidays as required.
  • Liaise constructively with the second nanny for the younger siblings.
