!Right to work in the UK is required! We are looking for dedicated workers to help harvest the 2025/2026 daffodil crop at R H Scrimshaw & Sons farm in Cornwall. The season runs from late December to early April (Easter). Picking daffodils is a physically demanding job, carried out outdoors in open fields in all weather conditions. The role involves bending, walking on uneven ground, and lifting and carrying crates of flowers. A good level of fitness and stamina is essential.

Work Pattern

Work is typically Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Working hours depend on crop volume and customer orders, with an average of 8 hours per day and 30–60 minutes unpaid breaks.

Pay Rates

• £12.21 per hour
• Bonuses available for strong performance (based on quality and speed)
