A leading coffee brand is seeking a D365 Support Manager to assist in the support and maintenance of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations. This role involves leading incident management, providing first-line support, and collaborating with technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and ITIL principles.
