What you'll be doing :

Leading discovery workshops and engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs.

Designing secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to client goals.

Collaborating with Sales, PMs, and Delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.

Overseeing solution testing and UAT to ensure seamless adoption.

Staying ahead of Microsoft's latest tech and sharing insights across the team.

What we're looking for :

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple industries.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and business needs with clear communication.
• Microsoft Solution Architect certifications (or willingness to pursue).

Bonus points for :

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party integrations.
