A leading Microsoft Partner in the UK is seeking a D365 Sales Account Manager to manage and grow existing Dynamics 365 client relationships while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 sales and a strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack. This role involves owning the full sales cycle and partnering with technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the Microsoft Partner Channel.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack and commercial applications.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 clients.
  • Driving new business opportunities across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Owning the full sales cycle - from pre-sales collaboration through to negotiation and close.
  • Partnering with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintaining deep product knowledge across D365 ERP, CE, and related technologies.
