We're looking for a strategic, hands‑on Reporting & Analytics Business Partner with specialities in D365 F&O, to lead business reporting and analytics, designing scalable models, dashboards, and KPI reports that give leadership teams the tools to make smarter, faster decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver reporting and analytics across key functional areas
• Develop reports to support ERP implementation and beyond
• Develop scalable analytical models
• Ensure sustainability and scalability of reporting models
• Partner with business users to identify critical questions and deliver actionable insights
• Play a key role in embedding analytics into business culture

Key Skills

• Strong track record in business analytics, reporting, and insight delivery
• Expert in Power BI and SQL for data extraction, modelling, and interpretation
• Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) is essential
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborative and inquisitive, with the confidence to lead high‑profile projects and engage stakeholders across multiple levels
• Willingness to travel across Europe for projects and collaboration
