Job summary

XMA Nottingham is seeking a D365 Test, Release & Change Control Manager to oversee the Microsoft Dynamics 365 estate (CE and FSCM). You will own the end-to-end release lifecycle, manage the release calendar, coordinate SIT/UAT testing, and drive change control across environments to ensure smooth deployments with minimal business disruption.

The role requires strong governance, testing coordination, and stakeholder management in enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing releases, testing, or change control within enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or FSCM environments.
• Strong understanding of release governance and testing lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle across the D365 estate (CE/FSCM).
• Maintain the release calendar and deployment schedules.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and smoke testing.
• Manage change control processes, approvals and release readiness.
• Support go/no-go decisions for releases and deployments.
• Coordinate releases across Dev, Test, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production environments.
• Document release/test artifacts including test plans, release notes and RAID logs.
