A leading foodservice company in the UK is seeking a D365 PMO Analyst to deliver proactive governance for their ERP programme. This role involves project planning, governance oversight, and managing key stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP transformations and strong project management skills. The position offers a full-time contract with competitive benefits including a car allowance and generous holiday allocation.
We are currently recruiting for a D365 PMO Analyst to join the Sysco International team on a full‑time basis for a 2‑year fixed term contract.
As the D365 PMO Analyst you are responsible for delivering a value‑add proactive and insightful governance service to the Programme including all Workstreams in line with delivery standards. Ensuring the governance model / principles are actively promoted and implemented effectively.
The ERP programme will involve phased go‑lives with impacts across finance, supply chain, merchandising and customer relationship management functions. The role requires engaging with diverse onshore and offshore programme team members including senior leaders and managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Being able to support key programme team members and influencing them to adopt new governance approaches and ways of working whilst being able to influence and refer to programme governance approach is key.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience supporting business change projects ideally in ERP transformations using agile / waterfall methodologies with strong organisational skills and the ability to break down complex tasks into clear actionable steps. You will have previous experience with supporting a Programme / Project Change control process and core governance capabilities including planning and managing a complex Programme governance service and the ability to analyse movement of key milestones and associated impacts for review and escalation. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word with experience of working remotely and managing geographically dispersed teams and have exposure and knowledge of dependencies management. Its highly desirable to have experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations or similar ERP / CRM projects, a knowledge of agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles and experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira or AzureDevOps.
