Job description

We are currently recruiting for a D365 PMO Analyst to join the Sysco International team on a full‑time basis for a 2‑year fixed term contract.

As the D365 PMO Analyst you are responsible for delivering a value‑add proactive and insightful governance service to the Programme including all Workstreams in line with delivery standards. Ensuring the governance model / principles are actively promoted and implemented effectively.

The ERP programme will involve phased go‑lives with impacts across finance, supply chain, merchandising and customer relationship management functions. The role requires engaging with diverse onshore and offshore programme team members including senior leaders and managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Being able to support key programme team members and influencing them to adopt new governance approaches and ways of working whilst being able to influence and refer to programme governance approach is key.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Work in conjunction with the workstream leads / Project Management team for the maintenance of the workstream plans, driving updates, chasing outstanding activity and moving activity to the critical path.
    • Ensure planning standards are maintained and adhered to across multiple project phases. Successful tracking and maintenance of workstream deliverables and critical path.
    • Drive the planning standards utilizing Smartsheet ensuring these are adopted and the plan is regularly maintained in readiness for governance forums.
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Work closely with the Project Managers and Workstream leads providing day‑to‑day support on activities aligned via the ERP Programme Governance.
    • Work with the Programme Leads and PMO Lead to govern through gating deliverables. Tracking of key deliverables through reviews, audit trails through to sign‑off.
    • Stage‑gate preparation with alignment via PMO Lead for pre‑gating reviews, deliverable and evidence sign‑offs.
    • Manage weekly status reporting taking inputs from the workstreams driving consistency of reporting across the workstreams using PMO reporting standards.
    • Preparation of governance forum packs, agendas and meeting logistics for Weekly Status meetings, Project Board / Steering Committee Design Forum.
  • Resource & Stakeholder Management
    • Support cross‑functional resource reviews ensuring resource allocation meets demand or support escalation.
    • Help and support the resource management process ensuring the tracker is maintained and fit for purpose outputs are available.
  • Change & Communication Planning
    • Support the change control process including impact assessment and sign‑off internal to the project.
    • Escalate items where required to be presented at the Design Forum to the Programme PMO Lead that require review and discussion.
  • Governance & Oversight
    • Maintenance of Programme SharePoint / Teams site to ensure standards are met and are aligned to document management approach.
    • Ensure business readiness and minimal disruption during go‑live phases.
    • Drive the weekly reporting for milestone updates driving standards and consistency back into Programme planning activities.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Own and manage the programme RAID process driving scheduled meetings for updates with the Workstream Leads, Business Lead & Programme Lead. Providing updates into Programme level reporting to the PMO Lead.
About you

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience supporting business change projects ideally in ERP transformations using agile / waterfall methodologies with strong organisational skills and the ability to break down complex tasks into clear actionable steps. You will have previous experience with supporting a Programme / Project Change control process and core governance capabilities including planning and managing a complex Programme governance service and the ability to analyse movement of key milestones and associated impacts for review and escalation. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word with experience of working remotely and managing geographically dispersed teams and have exposure and knowledge of dependencies management. Its highly desirable to have experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations or similar ERP / CRM projects, a knowledge of agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles and experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira or AzureDevOps.
