Job summary

Click Digital in Manchester is seeking a Functional Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will design, configure and deliver enterprise‑level digital solutions, adopting low‑code/no‑code approaches and working closely with stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience.

You will lead technical solutions, ensure governance and data quality, and stay ahead of Microsoft innovations to maximise platform value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery.
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code approaches and Copilot Studio.
• Excellent requirements capture and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

We are looking for someone to help shape the future of an enterprise‑level digital transformation programme. A Functional Consultant will join a growing CRM team and play a key role in delivering impactful digital solutions across the organisation. As our client continues to invest in Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio are adopted across the company.

• Experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Gravitas to challenge and influence.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Azure DevOps experience desirable).
• Passion for AI, automation and continuous improvement.
• Microsoft certifications and ITIL knowledge desirable but not essential.
