Job summary

AMS is seeking a D365 Systems Accountant for a temporary 6-month role to monitor and enhance our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. You will manage D365 Projects, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity across multi-currency settings.

The role involves leading testing efforts, coordinating with global teams, and providing user training on D365 features and best practices. This position offers a window into a dynamic, global finance operations team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with D365 Projects and Finance/Operations.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, deferrals, accruals and reconciliation.
• Experience designing, administering, and optimizing D365 workflows.
• Ability to manage multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional financial environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer D365 systems to ensure health, security and compliance.
• Oversee D365 Projects to enhance accounting and reporting capabilities.
• Lead testing initiatives including automation and user-based testing.
• Plan and manage test suites for major releases and monthly updates.
• Provide training and support to finance users on D365 features.
