Job summary

Apollo Fire Detectors is seeking an ERP Product Manager to own the D365 F&O platform as a strategic business product. You will govern backlog, priorities and releases, and collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, IT and partners to drive continuous improvement.

Based in Havant, UK with flexible Friday options and hybrid working for the right candidate. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining the ERP roadmap, enforcing standards and platform controls, and ensuring the ERP environment

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a live, business-critical environment.
• Proven experience in ERP service ownership, application/product ownership, ERP management, or a similar senior techno-functional platform role.
• Strong understanding of ERP governance, prioritisation, lifecycle management and controlled change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business demand into prioritised platform work.

Responsibilities

• Own the D365 F&O platform as a business product, ensuring clear accountability for roadmap, priorities, service performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage ERP governance cadence, including service reviews, change reviews and prioritisation forums.
• Own the ERP release calendar and lifecycle approach, including readiness gates and environment discipline.
• Manage operational relationships with D365 managed service, support and delivery partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve the ERP platform and align improvements to the wider roadmap.
• Define and maintain the ERP roadmap, balancing stability, technical debt and business-led change.
• Define ERP standards covering platform usage, integrations and governance.
• Maintain ERP platform documentation and strengthen internal ownership.
• Build relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering and IT.
