Job summary

Source & Connect is recruiting a D365 Finance & Operations Consultant to design, develop, and maintain Atlas Reports within a Dynamics 365 F&O environment. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, supporting post-go-live reporting enhancements, and driving knowledge transfer to SMEs and end users.

The contract is based in Cambridge with hybrid working, offering a day rate of £500 to £550 and a potential extension beyond the initial 3 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise in creating, modifying, and supporting Atlas Reports.
• Strong understanding of D365 Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of D365 SCM modules.
• Experience supporting post-go-live environments and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and business users.
• Experience supporting functional testing and user acceptance activities.
• Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Atlas Reports within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Support the optimisation and enhancement of reporting capabilities following a recent D365 F&O go-live.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and operational requirements.
• Provide functional support across Finance and SCM processes.
• Assist with functional testing activities, defect resolution, and validation of system changes.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to business SMEs and end users.
• Collaborate with project teams to support the successful delivery of the next phase of the rollout programme.
• Document reporting solutions, processes, and best practices.

We are supporting a client-facing Dynamics 365 programme based in Cambridge on a hybrid working basis. This 3-month contract has extension potential, is outside IR35, and offers a day rate of £500 to £550. We are working on the second phase of a recently completed D365 F&O implementation, with a focus on ongoing rollout, reporting requirements, testing activities, and business knowledge transfer.
