Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in CE/Power Platform technical leadership.
• Expertise in Dataverse, C# plugins, custom actions, and cloud flows.
• Strong understanding of CIJ RTM internals: events, triggers, segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution & technical architecture for CE + CIJ RTM.
• Design event-driven architecture: real-time events and custom ingestion.
• Oversee CIJ custom channels (SMS/WhatsApp/Push) and delivery orchestration.
