Design
  • Develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Produce concise and relevant technical design documentation.
  • Advise clients on CRM strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
  • Ensure solution design integrates effectively across the Microsoft stack.
Delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end Dynamics implementations with a focus on quality.
  • Guide technical teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and solution optimisation.
  • Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
