Overview

Job Title: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant

Location: Remote - UK

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
  • Design and deliver functional solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Participate in workshops, demos, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-5 years experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Understanding of business processes in sales, service, and marketing.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and user stories.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Azure services and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service or Project Operations.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript and plugins for CE customization.
  • Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are a plus.
