Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join a high-growth tech environment. You’ll design, develop and evolve the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform using a modern Microsoft stack and collaborate with product managers, architects and developers.

You'll craft scalable solutions across plugins, workflows, APIs and Power Platform, driving customer growth and operational excellence while embracing hybrid working in a forward-thinking tech company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing within Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Experience creating custom plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Understanding of Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows and integrations using C# and .NET.
• Develop solutions across Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal applications, SaaS platforms and third-party APIs.

As part of their ongoing investment in Microsoft technologies, they're looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 CE Developer to help drive the evolution of their customer engagement platform.

The Role

As a D365 CE Developer, you'll play a key role in the design, development and enhancement of the company's Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. Working alongside product managers, architects and fellow developers, you'll help deliver scalable solutions that directly support the organisation's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
