Job summary
Columbus UK is seeking a D365 CE/CRM Techno-Functional Consultant for a home-based role with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required. Negotiable salary with a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will work across CE solutions, delivering technical designs, and mentoring teams while maintaining high quality across deployments. This role requires hands-on plugin development in C# and JavaScript, plus experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
Qualifications

- Hands-on plugin development, C#, and JavaScript coding.
- Ability to design both technical and functional solutions for CE.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical/functional designs aligned to customer requirements.
- Lead delivery roles in project implementations with colleagues.
- Ensure right-first-time technical solutions following best practices.
- Contribute to design/build sprints as part of a project team.
- Produce comprehensive designs for Customer Engagement solutions.
- Occasionally deliver technical training to meet customer needs.

Deliver excellence in technical/functional solution delivery based on high level designs aligned to customer requirements
Take a key delivery role in project implementations, working with functional consultancy colleagues in Technical solution Design
Deliver right first-time technical solutions, based on industry best practice.
Contribute to Design/Build sprints as a valued member of a dedicated project team, assisting colleagues and supporting your colleagues through delivery.
Utilise your attention to detail in producing comprehensive technical designs and solutions for Customer Engagement solutions.
Inspire and enable customers through the occasional delivery of technical training courses to meet the specific requirements of the Customer.

We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, depending on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.
We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and alsofor team meetings and client meetings;however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo officeregularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.
- An enthusiasm and aptitude for continuously improving our delivery of technical solutions within CE
- A passion for business problem solving and technical excellence, and Agentic AI
- Partner experience, commercially astute and able to identify and support potential opportunities
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage risks and scope, working face to face with stakeholders
- Committed to delivering excellence to our customers and to manage quality within their own team
- Highly experienced D365 versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Ideally we will need someone who is hands‑on with plugin, C# and JavaScript coding, and power platform.
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
