This is a remote role, ideal for a candidate based in the UK, Portugal, or Spain, who is comfortable with up to 30% international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions with a strong focus on Finance & Accounting modules
• Manage multiple international client projects simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align business requirements with system capabilities
• Provide expert guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
• Support international implementations, adapting solutions to varied client needs
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
• Travel internationally (up to 30%) to client sites as required

Experience Required

• 3 years’ experience in similar Dynamics 365 Business Central functional roles (range 3-10 years preferred)
• Mandatory hands‑on experience with Business Central Finance modules; strong accounting background essential
• Proven track record delivering international Business Central implementations
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and confidently
• Experience working with partners and multiple stakeholders is desirable
• Must be a British Citizen or hold ILR (no sponsorship available)
• Must reside near an airport within the UK, Portugal, or Spain for travel convenience

Salary & Location

• Up to £50,000 per annum (non‑negotiable)
• Remote working with international travel required (up to 30%)
