D365 BC Support Team Lead – (Remote) – UK Citizen/ILR

Pearson Carter are currently recruiting a D365 BC Support Team Lead for one of the UKs most reputable Solutions Partners. They have a relentless focus on employee and client satisfaction, resulting in a culture with long tenures, lasting business relationships and a strong project pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Team management – Lead, mentor and guide team members whilst fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Incident management – Prioritise and allocate incidents and service requests based on urgency and impact.
  • Documentation – Maintain the knowledge base and oversee accurate and effective documentation of incident details and troubleshooting steps
  • Reporting & Metrics – Establish, monitor and report on service delivery KPIs
Experience
  • Strong experience as a 2nd/3rd line BC Support Consultant
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience managing, mentoring or leading people (formal or informal)
Salary
  • A salary of upto £60k is available
