Job summary

Allstaff Team in Renfrew is seeking a trained D2 Reach Forklift Operator to join the warehouse team. The role requires operating a D2 Reach forklift, loading, unloading and stocking goods, and meeting daily productivity targets.

The position includes daily safety checks, accurate inventory handling and maintaining a clean, safe working area in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Immediate start is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certificated as a D2 Reach Forklift Truck Operator.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience working to productivity targets and KPIs.
• Experience handling FMCG products.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a D2 Reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve stock.
• Load, unload and replenish palletised goods accurately.
• Pick and transport products to designated locations meeting productivity targets.
• Carry out daily pre-use safety checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

Job description

Allstaff Warehouse Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of D2 Reach Forklift Truck Operator. Our client in Renfrew is looking to recruit a trained and certificated D2 Reach Forklift Truck Operator to join their team as soon as possible.

Salary:

£15.24 per hour for the initial 12-week period, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance/targets.

Working Hours / Shift Options:

• Back shift: Monday to Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 12:00-20:00
• Night shift: Monday to Thursday 20:00-06:00

Key Duties:

• Safely operate a D2 Reach Forklift Truck to move, store, and retrieve stock throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, and replenish palletised goods accurately and efficiently
• Pick and transport products to designated warehouse locations while working to productivity targets
• Carry out daily pre-use safety checks and report any defects or maintenance issues promptly
• Ensure stock is handled carefully to minimise damage and maintain accurate inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
